Return Policy
All factory new electron tubes sold by Daily Electronics Corp. are under a manufacturer's warrantee, and all items that are found to be defective must be returned in accordance with the specific manufacturer's policies. All surplus electron tubes sold by Daily Electronics are under a sixty day warrantee, unless otherwise stated on the sales document.

Returned items must include all of the original components and packaging, instructional manuals, and completed return documentation provided by the manufacturer. Daily Electronics is not responsible for shipping damage. Please inspect all packages for damaged merchandise and list any discrepancy on the carrier's release documents.
